Please, any dear angel that is listening, 
I ask for you to give me, just once,
a glimpse of all-inspiring beauty. 
Of grandeur, of art in its rightful place
as the peak of the palace, 
greater than the ruby adorned throne. 

A mere glimpse 
of the artistic perfection
I hope to obtain one day. 

It will keep me busy,
It will be enough to stir a fire in me,
it will be enough for me to throw
my whole being into my pieces. 

I want, one day, for myself, the honour 
of someday working as a titan of creation,
because art in all her forms, I love her. 
I want to be able to say that I’ve made it.
