Shaking… My hand is shaking.
My head is dizzy and
There’s no place for objection
The world is ugly -
Just a reflection
Of me
And my love is dirty
And it’s hard to believe
It was ever pure
It was once not a need
But a symphony
Of beautiful feelings
Feelings… I hate my feelings
The way they come and go
The way they have no reason or meaning
The way they slip away
Through my stiff, cold fingers
Like they were never there
Place… I have no place here
I’m haunting this city
My lines are blurry, my presence unclear
I make sure my days are busy
With nothingness
It’s all out of fear
Of displacement
