Of those who tread
Under the moon of Hallow’s Eve,
They’ll see the things
The darkness brings
And their eyes will deceive.

Within the lore
An opened door
For spirits to pass with ease,
And on this night
The candlelight
Flickers toward those between the trees.

Lanterns held high
We watch the sky
For witches and ghosts in flight,
For darkened home
Is where they roam
Collecting souls throughout the night.
