Can a device replace my humanity?
Such a small organ that had so much gravity.
Will it be the way that I break through this wall?
Or will that one day be my life-long downfall?

I’m here with my nose, pressed up to the glass,
And trying to hear what is making you laugh.
But all of my senses feel wrapped in a blanket,
Weighing me down like a black prison anklet.
