lovin it ! Must re-read & in its entirety !
decided suddenly to save a morsel or two
& ensure I had some music standing by or ambience
knew I was ‘shortchanging the read.. & the poetry’
yet some of it was already resonant .. felt true
but recognized it was me - not the poet or poetry
