if she'll marry me in a few years when
I'm old enough to be legal, I'm 10
now, and she smiles and says, "Check with me then,
Dear," an answer that's not a no, although
it's not a yes, either, and not really
a maybe, and I want to ask her to
clear up this puzzlement with me, it's more
mysterious than anything I can
think of in the Bible save for how they
turn all the words of Jesus into red
and keep the rest in solid black, but could
be I get that in next year's Sunday School
but anyway, I don't follow up--it
can wait until our wedding night. Some fun.
