I stopped regretting when I turned 40. Life is too short to waste mental, physical and emotional energy on things I shoulda/coulda/woulda done. When I entered my 40s, if I hadn't done those things by then, they weren't going to get done. It was time to accept that.
I have regrets, but what would have happened if I'd made different decisions or actions? Would life for me and those around me be better or worse. Never know.
Beautiful--I suspect this one will stick with me for a while.
Wonderful
It me.

Well done, J.B. Not just the telling of it, but the life of it. Well done.

That's Doug Hawley, not the name on Facebook.
