The voice hits at one's worst,
It adds blood to the heart 'till it bursts.
Its beauty eases the pain and the tears,
It destroys numbness, stabs it with spears,
With weapons of harmony,
And sounds of glass.
I do not know how he lets this pass,
For the only song he allows is a symphony
Of sorrow and death.
He won't leave me be until my last breath.
 
Constantly cutting,
Shutting
Me away from all the light
Because of that, now, a fright
Overwhelms my owl of steel.
I realize that with his will,
It appeared and colored back
The word which was painted black.
 
'Oh you, calamity, cursed jewel
How could you have been so cruel?
To ease my nightmare with the sound,
Make me think we're no longer bound?'
'World, do wake me up again
I do not care how or when.
Just, I beg you, get me out
Of destruction's hold,
Of this cruel god's vengeful world.
I have gone enough without
The light.
I miss being human by sight,
I miss having my soul, my heart,
Even if they were broken from the start.'
 
In front of the Destruction God, I do not bow
So, as revenge, the voice sounds now
As a broken cup.
Wake me up.
