Having aged into my ‘wise years’ and a life of quiet gratitude, I am familiar with the contours of peaceful harmony. I am quick to realize when I have dropped into a moment of serenity. As a long-term daily practitioner, Qi Gong and Tai Chi has equipped me to adapt to ever-changing living conditions, navigate unforeseen situations, and synchronize with the rhythms of a surrounding environment.
